What is an ICA?
An Ideal Customer Avatar or ICA, is a detailed and fictionalised profile of the ideal customer for your business.
Businesses use ICA profiles to tailor their marketing strategies to target specific demographics and preferences.
Why create an ICA profile?
The bottom line - it is more PROFITABLE!

How do you know your ICA?
Start by asking yourself…What kind of person would benefit, enjoy and purchase from me?
Not sure? Don't over think it, because your ideal customer is probably some version of you!
For example, my ICA is Jess, a teacher in their 30s who loves to teach maths but is overwhelmed by the amount of content they need to get through with their Stage 3 class - AKA me 5 years ago.
I know I can create resources to help teachers like this and I can also speak directly (aka market) to them authentically because I have been there, done that!
